This apartment complex is manage by a young girl, who only allows her friends and people she knows, rent apartments there. Though, vacancies in the complex are announced on various apartment hunting websites, she continues to deny that any apartments are available. Also, that is a Facebook following of previous residents complaining that they’ve been evicted even with proof of paid rent by receipt, as the young girl denied the previous tenants paid their rent. It is wildly believed that the young girl has been pocketing tenant's’ rental payments. On several occasions, many have attempted to contact the ownership company and there is never an answer or a callback if a message is left. Many have attempted to contact the young’s regional management, but that phone just rings, also. In addition, the young girl doesn’t answer the complex phone, either. She gives out her cell to tenants and potential tenants. This young girl is also, the manager of Parks at Maple Apartments complex and she has the same behaviors about that complex. I applied for an apartment prior to the finishing of the opening of the complex. Almost a year later, I’m still waiting, many are. There are lots of college students living in this complex when the rules state no college student can solely rent at this complex. Upon working into the office, the young girl doesn’t hang up her personal calls when speaking to a potential tenant, she has personal information of others spread out on her desk, where anyone can see social security numbers, takes pictures of other’s personal info, etc. I’ve called the company, visited the onsite office & have spoken to her several times to no avail. Current tenants state that apartments near them (across, next to and above & below them) are vacant, but for whatever reason she denies this. Also, the manager is pregnant and has told many that she doesn’t want to walk around showing the vacancies. No one else works in the office to assists her.
