    I rate this hotel a 0.0 this hotel was dirty. Our incidente was with the shower, we opened the water and the water wouldn't go down on the first room we got which was 110. Another thing was that when we tried to use the bath tub trip lever hairs would come out every time. Then we mentioned it to the lady at the frount desk and moved us to the room next to it which was 112 in which we had the same problems, which is why we decided to leave. At no time did the lady check the rooms, all she did was tell me to call the next day from 6 to 2 to get a refund. The lady the next day didn't give me a refund and circled throughout the situation, so I had to call the police. The day I called on the phone and in person in front of the police officer she mentioned they were short staffed and that they didn't have a maintenance person.
