    Details of my dispute:
    I purchased an Infinity Heart Sign Containing Names + Date, Personalized Metal Infinity Sign × 1 XL (36 INCH) on 10-15-23 from Metal Address Signs online from their website.
    I received the sign on 10-21-23 via UPS.
    The box was beaten up and damaged. I immediately opened the box. I found the sign bent in two different places.
    I emailed the company with pictures of the damaged box and sign on 10-21-23.
    I contacted UPS the same day, stating the box and item were damaged.
    10-22 The vendor acknowledged my email and asked me to keep them posted.
    10-29 No response from UPS or vendor via email or Facebook Messenger.
    Emailed the vendor asking if they have heard from UPS.
    The vendor responded they had yet to hear from UPS.
    11-4 I emailed the vendor again, asking for an update. (No response)
    Multiple messages were sent via Facebook Messenger today regarding the issue.
    11-9 Facebook Messenger used to ask the vendor for an update. No response.
    11-10 Emailed the vendor again asking for an update.
    11-11 Vendor responds, "I will check on it."
    11-23 No response from vendor. I emailed the vendor again for an update.
    Facebook Messenger was used to contact the vendor to ask for an update.
    11-24 Vendor responds they haven't heard from UPS and can't control UPS.
    12-02 No communication from vendor or UPS. Contacted Wells Fargo for a refund back to my Visa card.

    I have not heard from this company since November 24, 2023 via email.  I have reported this purchase to the credit card company as well.  They are investigating.  I have sent them the same information you have.  At this point, I just want a full refund from the company and the BBB complaint noted against this company.
