      The Rental Association gave me the run around regarding a rental property. They took my application and were trying to place me in locations not suitable to my standards. They took a deposit from me and then later indicated that someone else had put a deposit before me. They basically did not want my business. Poor office help.

      Hey, Donald. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our services. Our policy is that we do not run an applicant's background/credit check until we have their deposit in hand. If your application is not approved, or if the property is rented to someone else first, we return your deposit. You were notified of this beforehand. You did still sign a lease with us and are set to move in on 9/1/22.

      I was under a lot of pressure regarding moving from my current location, and reacted impatiently to the Rental Association. Please accept my apology and know that I am satisfied today with my current position and move-in date. Thanks again for accepting my as a tenant with your rental property.
