    The business sells these atv control arms as an upgrade and explicitely states multiple times they are stronger than stock arms. Specifically stating the metal is stronger.
    Now i am on my second set of control arms where the metal has failed while the other stock control arms on the atv are in perfect condition and significantly older. This second failure led to significant other damage to my atv, adamaged cv axle and broken muffler bracket. Also every time i have to replace these arms due to their defects its costs me $250 in one time use bushings.
    I am seeking either a payout of $500 to repair my atv, or they can send me one right rear cv axle, an OEM muffler mount, and a set of rear control arm bushings from jayparts inc.
    All parts are for a 2021 polaris scrambler 850xp.

    on september 14 2024 i purchased a full set of 4 a-arms with ball joints pre installed for the front of my polaris ranger in the amount of 582.21. the item arrived in a sealed box undamaged, i had them installed by an atv mechanic and after complete installation the wheels/tires were leaning out at the top so much that the machine is unusable due to the fact that it would ruin the tires and other components.
    There are no andustments for said A-Arms as like the factory ones, when the factory ones were on the machine it did not have a lean on the tires at all, the only reason for the change is one of the factory a-arms broke at a weld point and needed replacement so i decided to upgrade to a supposed better item.

    after calling for an answer i was forwarded to a tech and sent several photos to his personal cell phone showing the issue

    i was advised i needed to buy additional part to correct the problem (which never existed before), and was never notified again about the issue.

    i again called customer service and discussed the issue and was advised again i had to buy more parts,
    i checked the listing and no where does it say additional parts are required
    i was even told by customer service that some machines require them and some dont and they dont know until you install the parts

    i asked for a full refund and a return label and was flat out told no since the items were installed..

    Initial Response and Investigation:
    On October 2nd, you contacted us with concerns regarding the camber, and we quickly had our tech support representative, ****, assist you. We appreciate your providing pictures of the vehicle, which allowed us to assess the situation. Based on the details provided, including the tire size (30s) and the 2-inch bracket lift, we determined that the camber issue could be addressed with camber adjusting bushings.

    Resolution Suggestion:
    As per our communication on October 8th, we explained that camber adjusting bushings would assist in correcting the alignment and handling issues. Our intent was to ensure the best possible resolution for your vehicle's alignment. As we explained when speaking with you, a variety of factors specific to individual vehicles impact fitment and how our products perform on your vehicle, so it is very common that additional parts may be required during installation depending on the model and other modifications specific to your vehicle.

    Return and Refund Policy:
    We understand that you are dissatisfied with the recommended solution and would like to return the arms. Unfortunately, as per our return policy, we are unable to accept returns on parts that have been installed on the vehicle; however, we did agree to accept the return with a restocking fee but explained that we could not provide a label and box to return for free since the product was not defective and was the correct product for your vehicle and simply needed the camber adjusting bushings for your application.

    Refund Issued:
    To address your dissatisfaction and as a gesture of goodwill, we processed a refund of 20% on your order for the camber adjusting bushings, totaling $21.62. We hope this helps in making the situation more satisfactory for you, as we understand the importance of resolving your concerns in a timely and fair manner.

    experience has not been as smooth as we strive to provide, and we genuinely
    want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to

    I am rejecting this response because: NO ONE, should have to buy extra parts to remedy a problem with buying your products, I HAD NO CAMBER ISSUES WHATSOEVER UNTIL I PURCHASED THE ARCHED A ARMS FROM YOUR COMPANY SO THEREFORE I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BUY EXTRA PARTS, I WILL BE HAVING THE PARTS PROFESSIONALLY MEASURED TO SEE IF THEY ARE EVEN THE SAME LENGTH (TOP TO BOTTOM AND DRIVER TO PASSENGER) AND AS TO THE FACTORY PARTS......
