- Spa Concepts return policy includes 14 days with a receipt for original payment. Guests may either exchange the original product for another product and pay the difference. If guest has left over money not used, store credit will be issued for the guest to use with no expiration. No returns on used products, make-up, discounted items, or Personal Blends. Returns are done only by managers.
