    I entered into an agreement to have the floors in my home restored with ****** Janitorial Services over a year ago. I talked with and met with the worker assigned to do the work. We agreed on a date and time. The work was done on the agreed date but when I returned home, the job was inconsistent and incomplete. I have tried on numerous occasions to reach a resolve including self initiated communication between me and the owner to no avail. Mr ****** has passively dismissed my concerns by continuing to agree to meetings to which he has failed to attend. Any communication to resolve has been on my part- not his. Now today I was told by his wife and the worker that did the partial work at my home that they are not returning to my home to correct the unsatisfactory work they did. Mr ****** communicated to me his interest in reaching a quick resolve including but not limited to having another company to correct the work done by his worker. As of today ****** Janitorial Services is refusing to take responsibility for an unsatisfactory job, refusing to correct their error and acknowledging their negligence in the issue.
