    This company put a collection on my credit report that was not verifiable or legally to be submitted. A lease was broken because I had a heart attack and the surgeons excuse was to go live with father or daughter. They never removed it. It got removed once and put back on. They sent in a false license that was not me. The incorrect amount. Then in October I was getting repeated phone calls . Then saying I had a new collection. I did not. Calling their selves credit bureau services and they aren't. I called them and told them. I will be calling the FTC. And turned it over to TransUnion
    It has fraudulent information all over it. Please remove.

    I am rejecting this response because: It should have never been on my report anyway due to hospitalization of heart surgery and could not return to that place. Then more added fraudulent activity got on there and ruined my credit. It's all false..I brought in the correct information to the Bureau and will move forward till completely removed from all credit reports.

    I honestly don’t get why RETAIL MERCHT ASSOC IN is reporting this debt under my name because I don’t owe them anything. I never signed anything with them, and when I asked for a copy of the original application, they didn’t even bother to provide it. It’s frustrating because this is hurting my credit for no reason, and it’s just not fair. How can they just put something on my report without any proof?

    My bill has BEEN paid off. I’ve told them that. My credit is shot because they can’t do their job.

    Collection was last reported on July 31, 2021, for a total of $2,430.00 for a closed account that seriously impacts my credit score. I have attempted to reach out to this company in hopes of resolving this issue, however, I have not been successful. The original account WAS for Wilis- Knighton South and all records and balances have been resolved, however, this collection agency has failed to adjust their report to the credit report, resulting in a negative impact on my credit score. This hinders purchasing a car, home, etc. within a reasonable interest rate.

    I had a past due bill of $395.00 for Misty Hollow apartments, Bossier City, LA 71111. I took them a money order of $495.00 Overpaying $100 on 7/7/2023. I was promised that the payment will be reported to the credit bureau and a check of $100 would be mailed to me in about 2 weeks. It is not September 11, 2023 and I have not received the over payment and the bill for $395.00 is still showing on my credit report; which would normally have shown as removed if the apartment complex had reported the payment. I would love for this amount to removed immediately from my credit report. It is preventing me from trying to purchase a house or be considered for any time of loan that I might need currently.

    I have tried to close an account with Dashlane.com and we do not get a response and they keep charging us an automatic renewal every January. The phone number that we call, ************ (given to us by Capital One credit card) says the mailbox is full and they will no longer return calls. They say to send correspondence to *******@dashlance.com which is where we sent our request to close the account on 1/3/2020. This happens to coincide with the renewal date (odd coincidence). I think they were upset that I disputed the charge back in 2020, but that's just my opinion. Please help me close this account. I feel they owe me two payments of $59.99 each.
