    Insensitive customer service. When a customer states they are allergic to dogs, it should be put away so that business may proceed, not laughed at. Customers feel racially profiled and spoken to with crude humor. Skills in empathy, equality, and providing consumer-driven customer service strongly needed.

    While our pet dogs were visiting ABC, an individual opened the front door causing the door to chime. Our pets made their way to the door which must have startled the individual. Our Secretary, which sits 20 feet away from the front door and behind a wall, stood up to ask if everything was ok. By that time, the individual had closed the door and walked outside. Our Secretary apologized for the dogs and informed the person that we don't repair cameras.

    Since ABC is pet-friendly, we are in the process of locating a gate system which will keep pets from being in public areas. We sincerely apologize for startling the individual and take customer safety seriously.
