    Another fine example of my distaste with ServePro just occurred today!

    Why schedule another job if you know you had another big job today????? This is insane and sheer STUPIDITY!! Or just, a blatant attempt to be coy in unprofessionalism.

    I have been requesting a pack back for over three weeks now. Today, ServePro finally shows up, three hours late mins you, and has only 23 boxes of 108 on the truck and states that they are going to another job.

    …..Seriously why is everyone so unprofessional? Excuse after excuse, after excuse, after excuse.

    On last week I was rescheduled 3 times to finally be told on Friday that someone will definitely be coming between nine and noon. To then 15 minutes before be called and be told that the team had to go to Campti.

    ServePro is ridiculous. To add, I have mentioned numerous times to ***** and **** that we want boxes only first. So why are they showing up with furnishings instead of boxes? Then show up late to the job without all the boxes.
    Furthermore show up with my furniture uncovered and dirty. Logistics team needs a major overhaul.
