April 2, 2025 I went to the Good Feet Store seeking relief for my heel pain. The sales lady was very polite put my feet on a massage machine by the time the massage was finished I didn't feel a thing. This gave me a false since of security. After trying the product in the store, I thought they would work because my feet were numb from the massage. The lady told me it is a 3-step system you have to use all 3 inserts on a schedule for the product to be effective. I didn't even make it through a week on the schedule before I was in more pain than when I started. Not only did the inserts not fix my problem but they cause a new problem. I tried to return the items, but they said they only do returns on the inserts not on the other useless items that were added in the bundle. Then they told me it was only for store credit, and I would have to pay 10% restock fee. They told me my only other option was to talk someone else into the bundle therefore letting me off the hook. I think that is a terrible way to conduct business, also for the price of their product a cash refund should be acceptable with in the 1st 30 days. The figure I concluded is the price of the inserts and the insert covers and the velvet bag that I have no use for. I have not added the socks, shoes, or the regular padded inserts as I have made use of those. I am more than happy to return the product as I have no use for them. But not only have they scammed me into buying their product, they want to cheat me out of the full refund price. This is my next step. I still have the product in the box because we could not come to an agreement. I also have the receipt. I was willing to settle for the store credit if it had been the full amount, but they tried to cheat me at every turn I tried to return the product 3 different times. Each time they gave me the run around and kept adding things to take away from the refund now I just want my money back.

On April 29, 2025, I visited the Good Feet Store seeking relief for pain in the ball of my foot and was recommended custom insoles.

I began using the insoles the same day. By the next day, I experienced discomfort, including new pain in both ankles—which had never hurt before—and noticeable swelling in my knees. By the third day, the ankle pain became excruciating. I also developed soreness in my heel, which had never been an issue previously.

I came in for targeted support with ball-of-foot pain, but since using the insoles, my condition has worsened and now affects multiple areas. I’ve had to rely on pain relievers for three consecutive nights just to sleep. This does not feel like a normal adjustment period, and I’m genuinely concerned about the effects this product is having on my body.

After the purchase, I noticed the receipt stated that all sales are final, which added to my concern. If the product is truly as effective as claimed, I would expect some form of return or satisfaction guarantee—especially in cases where the product causes adverse effects.

I am requesting guidance on what steps I can take next. I would appreciate information on possible returns, exchanges, or how to escalate this issue. This situation is negatively affecting my health and daily life.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
