      Pioneer came out to my home to service my unit (air conditioning). I was very disappointed with their service. The first (B) gentlemen came out, after looking at the unit he said that it was not functional. If he does repair it, it may last one day, one week. He names many reasons why it needed to be replaced. He made it sounded as if it would cause leaks to my roof, it could even cause a fire. So, he had nothing positive to say, it was enough to frighten anyone. The second (B) gentle comes out. The second gentlemen is the salesperson, he talks to service guy A, so he knows how to sale you the new unit. The new unit takes about ten years to payoff, any unit less than that he said to me wouldn't work for my house. Pioneer is nothing but a scam. Moore' A/C & Heating Inc, came out, they were very respect. The gentle came in taking his respecting my house, respecting me as a customer. He explained everything he was going to do after looking at the unit, he repaired the unit based on everything he explained to me. Not one time did he say anything negative about what he couldn't do or what couldn't be repaired. He said and told me that the unit has lot of life left. He cleaned up behind himself, he cleans up in the attic. I have been in customer service for 46 years. I know what customer service is, Moore's give you respect and great customer service. They are a company that you can trust. I highly recommend Moore's A/C & Heating.

      Mr. Foster, we’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our services. At Pioneer Comfort Systems, we take customer satisfaction very seriously and strive to always provide honest, high-quality work. We value our customers and stand by the integrity of our work. After review of our time at your home on May 16, 2024 I found that our technician did a thorough inspection of your entire system. His notes from that inspection were:
      "On arrival found system off. Customer advised system is heat pump an had been converted to straight AC at some point in the past. Thermostat is 1 heat / 1 cool conventional. Inspected air handler. Found low voltage wiring for heat pump operation disconnected. Tested blower capacitor and measured 9.6 mfd / 10 mfd - within specifications. Tested auxiliary heat strips. Of the three banks present, 2 were working properly. 1 bank was intermittent indicating damaged coils. Found drains run without a required P-trap causing heaving corrosion to all indoor system components including blower housing, support structures, coil supports, heat strips, drain pan, air handler cabinet, and insulation. Found no float safeties or pan safeties and heavy emergency pan corrosion further collaborating main unit drains being run incorrectly. Inspected heat pump and found defrost board and all safety controls disconnected and connectors hanging freely in electrical panel. Tested capacitor and measured 53 mfd / 55 mfd for compressor and 5 mfd / 5 mfd for outdoor fan - within specifications. Control wiring has been altered with one leg of reversing valve connected to common wire from air handler and second leg of reversing valve connected to Y from air handler and connected directly to heat pump contactor bypassing high and low pressure switches. Checked refrigerant level and measured 141 psi / 278 psi / 4 superheat / 6.5 subcool. Manufacturer specifies 11 degrees subcool indicating system is low on charge."
      After his evaluation, he provided you with an estimate to make 4 repairs to get your system back operational. He also provided you with an opportunity to meet with our Comfort Consultant (salesperson) to give your options for replacing your equipment.
      Our Comfort Consultant arrived at your house on May 16, 2024 and after his thorough evaluation of your current equipment he provided you with 4 different options for replacement. He gave you options that not only varied in price but also in size of equipment that would work for your home.
      At Pioneer we take pride in providing our customers with thorough evaluations of their needs and then providing them with many options for repairs and/or replacement so they can make a choice that best fits their family's needs.
      After reviewing your account, the service call, the sales call and reviewing phone calls I believe our Call Center, Technician and Comfort Consultant (salesperson) did exactly what we at Pioneer Comfort Systems expect of each of them. They provided top notch evaluations and options to make repairs. It isn't our job to make the decisions for our customers on what they need for their home but it is our job to provide them with all of the information necessary to make informed decisions about their home.
      We certainly appreciate your feedback as it gave us the opportunity to review our process and customer service.
      We always appreciate feedback, and would have loved to hear more about your concerns 8 months ago when we were there so we could be more effective in our response time to your concerns.       I live in Benton Louisiana and in the spring I called Pioneer Comfort System in Shreveport. I signed up for a preventive maintenance for a year, to check my AC in the summer and in the fall they will check my heat. Few days after I signed up, I received a package fro the company with few items to welcome me to their fold. The technician stopped by yesterday and he cleaned our system inside and outside. Andrew ****** is a real professional, he showed what he found and what he cleaned and based on my experience no other company that I had in the past performed in such away. Pioneer Comfort System have a customer for life.
