    Dealing with Andrews flooring was a lesson on why one should do business with a reputable local concern.
    As long as everything goes smoothly with a purchase, any business with do just fine.
    When there is a problem, it becomes apparent what kind of people you are dealing with.
    We purchase flooring from Andrews, and were told that it was new and had never been installed, but it was a premium product from a well known company.
    As soon as the product was being installed, serious problems presented themselves.
    I contacted Brad, my rep, and sent him pictures of the flaws. He contacted the distributor immediately and got him to agree to rectify the situation.
    Andrews picked up the faulty flooring, and we chose another product that was established, and they scheduled installation as soon as possible.
    The job was done professionally and as agreed upon, and our home was restored in good order with our furniture moved and no damage done, and all trash removed.
    The installers were courteous and helpful, and considerate of our home.
    I cannot stress how fortunate I feel that we chose this merchant to do business with. This experience could have been a very expensive disaster-instead our home looks better than ever and we have nothing but appreciation for the way Andrews floors handled this project-I cannot recommend them highly enough.
