  Even a 1 star isn't worth it…..
  Bought a triple wide in 2020 ask them not to put particle board,wafer board or any thing cheap for flooring
  Turns out the flooring is a nightmare and like walking on a sponge 5 yrs later with no leaks causing it
  Called tilleys talked to the rudest lady in service dept her exact words were you cant trust anyone maam!!!!
  I ask her why she would admit such a thing and work there she said I dont sell homes I just work on all the complaints ( wow!!!!)
  They first told me they stopped using this kind of flooring yrs ago then today told me they stopped using it in 2021 (how Ironic being we bought the house in 2020)
  It should be against the law to sell a home worth this much money with floors that dont last a yr, started having problems with flooring soon as the house was put together they were mushy and was told by the workers the mushy parts didnt have foam under the laminate flooring ?? replaced a small area by back door before we fell thru it and honestly couldnt believe my eyes
  People check your flooring and get back with me please I will tear a area of laminate up and video it and show everyone what i mean when i say this is the biggest rip off i every fell for its the worst!!!!! And no help from tilleys they are the absolute worst once they get their money not very professional

  We bought a house from this business and after being told it would only take 4 weeks for them to refurbish our house, it is now 8 months later and they are still working on it. They have lied to us about the subfloor being good. They have dragged out every repair and have had to use four different “contractors” now. Every time they come in the house to work, they leave it in worse condition. They leave jobs partially done. And the amount of excuses we have heard from ******** ****** *** ******* are abhorrent. These people have showed no respect for us and no integrity regarding this project. I have been told one week more so many times and it is always a lie. There are holes that haven’t been patched, flooring that they refuse to fix, scratches and dents in countertops that were not there before, molded and rotted plywood that hasn’t been replaced. The list goes on. I have had to force contact daily because there isn’t work being done. Empty promises and poor workmanship is all that comes from this establishment.

  Do not buy a used home from Tilley's!! From damaged carpet to damage that has happened to the home (water damage) after it was delivered because of inadequate inspection of the home before it left the lot, I can assure any potential customers that 2000-character limit to recount my families experience is not enough to relate the nightmare me and my family are living in. I bought a used home 'as is'. So, know this future customers, will the AC work? sure! but not efficiently when the HVAC is 27 years old and the compressor is 9 years old. Our plumbing wasn't properly inspected before it left the lot and when the water was turned on there were leaks and then we found leaks weeks after we were already living in the home that has ruined carpet, subflooring and mold is growing! There are electrical plugs that are still hanging out of the walls throughout the home exposing wire. There were live electrical wires hanging underneath the home that my husband found that were supposed to be connected when the home was set up, the crossover water lines weren't connected either and one of them was damaged so badly that it had to be replaced. My husband also had to work around feces under the home after we emailed Tilley's service department to tell them that we had to turn the water off to repair a septic issue. One of their employees used one of the bathrooms anyway. Repairs that have taken place have ruined carpet and the linoleum in the M bath. Trash and boards with nails have been left on the floor when Tilley's employees would leave for the day. The home has been on our property for 57 days and we are still waiting for repairs. Sadley I am out of character space because I could write a novel about what has happened with the purchase of this home. Shame I can't share pics, then there would be no dispute about what has happened to us. I've emailed plenty of correspondence and pics to Tilley's service dept. BUYER BEWARE!!

  At first, we were happy to work with Greg Tilley's Repos in purchasing a mobile home. They constantly told us about their outstanding reputation and we believed them. This turned out to be a huge mistake. The home took entirely too long to be refurbished and delivered. Numerous problems were found upon delivery: the plumbing under the house was damaged, doors were off hinges, there was no insulation under the house, the electrical panel was shorting out, and there were several leaks found. Tilley's was unwilling to come out and correct these issues and the leaks are still happening. We are very dissatisfied with our experience and would not recommend anyone purchase a home from them. Especially do not believe them when they brag about their reputation!!
