  Sept. 21,2021 I had a clean out dug in my yard for a plumbing problem. The job was completed and I paid them in full. Three months later December 20,2021 a man from, DMR knocked at the door and I recognized him for being one of their workers. He asked could I come outside and look at my clean out valve? I said what are you talking about? In my front yard was a machine already attached to my clean out. He said come look. I said I don't know anything about that stuff. He said I want you to look. I looked but had no idea what I was looking at. What are you doing? I was concerned but he assured me there would not be a charge at all. They did not have a camera when they did the work but it was not needed to complete the job obviously. The job had been completed for months at this point. He said there will NOT be a charge for this we just had out camera back from repair. I did not ask them to come and attach their machine to my pipes, he was already set up before he knocked on my door. I have used this company several times in the last year and have always paid in full. Never had a problem. A week later I received a bill from this company for $306.25, for a job I did NOT ask for. The bill was for just looking in the pipe and doing nothing. Why would I request a man to do a job that didn't need to be done? I have requested why they are charging be and they can not provide me with a request for the job to be done or a signature to have it done. Why would I ask for someone to come look at my pipes and charge me $306.25 for just looking, because I sure did NOT. They have now turned me over to collections for this. I'm 86 years old I have been taken advantage of. Please Help me. ***** *******

  Someone named ****** called us to camera the sewer line. He left a phone number of ************* This is reason we came out and ran a camera in the sewer line to see if there was a break in the line. I send out statements every month and I have even hand written a note on the statement asking the customer to call me if there was an issue and I never heard back for them. I have stopped the collection agency from pursuing this payment and I will not pursue payment any futher.
