    The hotel room was filthy and not as advertised. I left immediately. I filled out a refund request on Ausgust 9th but haven't received a refund yet. Have tried to contact the general manager twice with no luck. I was told by an employee that she had processed my refund, but it's been over a week and I haven't received it. I have reason to believe she was lying. They have both my phone number and email address, but I haven't heard from them at all. This place is a scam.

    On 3/2/2024 Me and my quest ( my Sister and Aunt) checked into the travelodge in Shreveport La on Greenwood Rd. I paid with my credit card and went into my room. When I got into the room with my bags I checked the bed and noticed a big roach. I immediately got my things and went into the front office and told them I was not satisfied with the room and wanted a refund. The clerk and the manager gave me a paper with both of their signatures on it stating I would receive a refund within 7-10 business days. I gave it some time and kept checking my account to see if the money had been refunded and it wasn't so I called the Travelodge and spoke with ******* and she assured me that it would be taken care of. I've called back several times since then and spoke with at least 3 others regarding the matter and have left several messages for ******* to call me back but she refuses to do so and each time whether morning or evening they tell me to hold and never come back to the phone and ******* is yet to return my call.
