  Totally bad service. There's 2 women in there. one of them being the manager . Both women talk horribly to the customers. All you have to do is ask them a simple question like,"hello can u please tell me how much this is?" And they go off on u. They say it won't get priced unless u buy it . NOTHING in the store being displayed to sale has a price tag on it . Then when u even do buy a album from there u go home and find bugs all up in the record . And they dont even give you a receipt for ur merchandise. So u cant return it . There's bugs all in that store .something moving in the roof like rats. It's purely filthy. Very unsanitary and unclean. That carpet is filthy.theres a fowl smell in the building . There's mold in the store. . The prices of the products are outrageous. Go online and see albums priced at 10 dollars and they Jack the prices up 15 to 20 dollars more than online. Most of the material in the store is rare. Some even one of a kind. I'm appalled about how poorly they keep their murchandice .its a shame good products going to waste in such a filthy ,overcrowded,unclean,unsanitary, horded to the roof building with such nasty ,lazy staff. They have a man in there that messes around on a iPad to even price the products when they should already have a price tag on them to begin with. Wasting valuable time. Sometimes it takes 15 minutes for them to price one item.and those women are flat out mean and snappy at everyone and anyone who walks in the door. I saw one of the women even tear up one of the albums they had for sale in the store which I thought was extremely unprofessional. The whole place and building needs to be shut down,foreclosed, and then turn down . It's nothing but a hazard trying to move around through the entire store. Tripping and knocking into things and other people . Not enough room to pass people in a isle. And what's worse is the owner knows all this and refuses make it unhazordious and more sanitary . It's purely ridiculous.

  Anything you buy in this store is guaranteed and if you're not satisfied you can return it. This store has been open for close to nine years and we have never gotten a review like this one. They are naturally going to tear up an album that is defective or not for sale. As everyone knows prices have been going up monthly for albums so we are not going to price over 100 K albums for one individual. I think that this customer is dipping their feet in the water and doesn't really know what is going on as far as pricing. Some people are coming in thinking they're going to get garage sale prices which they're not. As far as the store not being clean it's not a completely sterile environment but it is not as bad as this woman would like you to believe. Anti pest comes by every month so there's nothing to worry about. I think that she didn't get what she wanted out of the experience and she way over reacted. That's okay we have thousands of satisfied customers so one bad egg isn't going to spoil the whole bunch.
