    If I could give zero stars I would. 1st, they are still charging over MSRP even though really no Toyota dealership is doing that. The only reason Yokem does that is bc the owner is greedy & they know they can take advantage of people. Toyota doesn't recommend dealerships to do that. Thats a huge red flag.

    The worst part of Yokem is the financial department. They worked in a $4,300 warranty into the note & didn't tell me. He gave the option of removing the maintenance package & life insurance, but not the warranty. He said "bc we markup our vehicles, our warranties are very cheap." I have to call to get my buyers order sent to me & when it arrives 2 weeks later I see the $4,300 total.

    I read online & called other dealerships to get warranty prices & of the 6 dealerships the exact same warranty is between $1,200-1,500.. Yokem is 3x higher on their warranty in addition to their markups. That is criminal, especially considering the financing department doesn't even tell you how much it is or act like it's even possible to take off.

    I find out you can call & cancel a warranty & it will get credited back on your loan. I do that & see the warranty made a $400 difference in the note! Thats why they don't show you the vehicle price without it. Fortunately I found out that you can call & cancel it or that I make enough to where it wouldn't be an issue if I didn't find that out. But that $400 could end up making or breaking if someone would be able to afford that vehicle in the long run. Pathetic on Yokems part.

    The 75K truck had an issue from day 1 & they say the part to fix it would be in in 4 days. After trying to contact the service department for 3 weeks they finally respond & say the part is coming in & they will fit me in a week later.

    Buy your Toyota ANYWHERE else. No Toyota dealerships in the surrounding area are charging a markup/over MSRP. I would guess the other dealerships don't have a finance department trying to get one over on their buyers.
