    My daughter ******* ******** and myself ***** ******* had an appointment at Vision One with Dr. Davis today 9/1/22. Neither of us received our prescriptions after the visit because while waiting to get fitted for contacts that we could not see out of (either of us) the doctor said she had other patients to see and left us waiting. We were both very frustrated not being able to see and not knowing what changes to our prescriptions were being made. After waiting and have been there almost 2 hours we complained and said we were unhappy, the gentleman working there in return said we were "High Maintenance Bi**hes." At that point I told them that we would not be using them and would like to go somewhere else. The gentleman also stated we would be charged $400 for the contact fitting which should be included in my policy, but after the service received or lack of I should not pay anything nor should eye med. I would like to file a complaint and have any claims they have made towards my policy removed so I can go somewhere professional that can help with our vision. I have never been anywhere that I have received such horrible service and called names while just waiting for the service I went there for.
