    We were quoted 3,541 dollars for hot water heater and plumber stated it was high end hot water heater. 60 days later lower heating element went out. Plumbers came out and quoted us $900 to repair the heating element. They said the only way to get warranty was go through manufacturer for warranty which would take 7 to 21 days. That seems to us to be very unreasonable, but they said they could repair that day and we would have to pay the $900. It seems to me that they should honor the manufacturer warranty and replace no charge to me and get reimbursed from the manufacturer. I've tried talking to management at Platinum Plumbing and have not got a response. The other issue I want to address on receipts for initial install and the repair. I just got one line price not itemizing labor costs from parts cost. Is that unusual? Thank you for reviewing my complaint

This is why our invoices do not contain itemized breakdowns but rather a total cost for the services rendered. We strive for transparency in our pricing and always provide this information to our customers before any purchase is made.
