- Additional Info:On May 6, 2019 the Office of Disciplinary Counsel filed a petition for interim suspension which was effective immediately. Louisiana Supreme Court ordered that Mr. Moffett be indefinitely suspended for committing a violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct and posing a substantial threat of serious harm to the public.
