Hello, I keep having continuous problems with the mobile home I'm leasing from Stonegate MHP/Pinecrest Village. I've contacted them several times by calling and through email about resolving the constant electrical issues within my home. I've constantly had issues with my central air and heating system since earlier this year. They would send maintenance to come out, but they would half fix the problem and something would go out. I did determine that it was a breaker problem on the home causing electrical issues. Right now, it's very cold and I have a five year old daughter that complains of it being cold. The only thing I've veen doing right now is using my stove to keep warm, but with it being winter now that only is doing so much. I've been paying rent on time when I can, but I feel I'm being charged for excessive rent when I'm steady having issues that are not being completely fixed. I even tried to offer an outside electrician to come out and resolve the problem then have the person bill them, but the property managers refused. Then they would not respond to my email or no one would pick up the phone at the office for me to speak with someone.

As of January 2, 2023, I turned off my heater for a moment and later in the evening I tried to turn it back on and it would not come back on. It's been very cold lately, and I cannot continue to keep having the same issue over and over again. The a/c contractor from the property managers would come get it to turn on, but it's not completely fixed. Due to the unpredictable weather, I need both the air and heat to work. The cold doesn't work at all either. This is about the fourth time this has happened.

Hello I received your messages regarding one of our properties.  The AC at this home has been an ongoing situation however,

each time we are notified we handle every work order in a timely manner. It is not like we leave the resident without trying to resolve the issue.  We call professional techs for the AC thinking that everything will be ok once done.  There is not any workorder or issue that has occurred that we do not handle.  I also offered the resident to transfer to another home if that would make her feel comfortable, and she informed that is not what she wanted at the time. She just want the issue fixed in which I completely understand and  each work order as it is submitted whether its a tech or maintenance is handled in a timely manner.  Being that Mrs. ******** did not take me up n the offer to transfer I hope that we get this issue resolved so that she can become a happy resident.

    Complaint: ********

I appreciate the resolution. I was offered for transfer to another home, but I don't feel comfortable having to reapply and pay more funds. I don't feel confident and no longer comfortable with remaining here. The heat has been fixed for now, but the air conditioning unit still possibly has a problem. I want to just remove myself from the home.

    Sincerely,
