    CPS Order 2035222. This company has been running me around in circles dealing with this since June 2023 order and cred card charge to my Apple MC. CSP has on the phone stated that FedEx never delivered this order and CSP on multiple calls stated the order was returned by FedEx to the CPS warehouse in June 2023. CSP keeps recharging my Apple MC credit card multiple times for this undelivered order. I’ve repeatedly asked *** ******, the CSP warehouse manager to remove this charge and verbally he says this charge is in error and he says the order was returned to the CSP warehouse back in June 2033. I have 6 months of email and phone correspondence from CSP stating that I never received this order and that it was returned. Per my phone discussion Oct 10 2023 with *** ****** he said the order was returned to the CSP warehouse in June 2023. I have asked CSP and *** ****** for a written statement for Apple MC stating that this charge is not valid. Apple MC credit card dispute number is D-9730122. I am beyond frustrated dealing with this company and will not pay 519.75 for an order never fulfilled.

    The customer has been refunded the $519.75 and we consider this matter settled. I will say that CSP did not keep recharging his CC. His purchase was made from our Shopify store and we wouldn't have known his CC information to recharge his card. I believe everything we do can be done better and we will use this as an opportunity to see in what ways we can improve.

    Thank you immensely BBB!  It is ridiculous the effort required to get to this resolution. Would not have happened without BBB assistance. I attempted to make a purchase from CPS. CPS’ Shopify store to a customer is still CPS. I did not try to purchase from Shopify what ever that is. All appearances were I was purchasing from CPS. Took over 6 months to resolve this. I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is resolves refunding a charge for an order I never received.
