      I had a company called xxxxx xxx set up my service request for Vector. I bought a new house and I was told that the service was so much better than xxx. I was told I was getting a camera, key pad lock, all the bells and whistles. The tech texted me before coming and I asked about getting a second camera. He said that his boss would be in touch. I got a text from xxx who told me he would add another camera and it would not cost me to install, but would cost me $5 more a month. I agreed to that and the tech came out. I had to leave while he was here, but my 18 year old son was here. There were no cameras installed. I called the tech and he said that he was talking with xxxxxx xxx and xxx. Well I got a text from xxx and he said that it was all his fault and that they would just send me another ring camera because that would fix the camera issue. I was not ok with that, but that seemed to be the only way to get cameras at my house per xxx. Ring doorbells do not cover my cars or the sides of my house. I then text xxx and said that the app wasn't working. His only way of helping was to send the welcome letter again. I had to get on the phone with xxx to get help with Vector's app because no one could help me at Vector. I then tried to call the 800 number to cancel in my 3 days, but the lady told me she couldn't help me and I had to call the local office when they were open. I told her that if I waited until the next day when they were open it would be past my 3 days. I asked for a supervisor and she hung up on me. I text xxx and asked him to please cancel. He told me he couldn't do that and all they could do was come get the equipment but I was going to still be charged $800-$1000 and that I would be sent directly to collections and it would immediately be reported to my credit which he knew that was not what I wanted. I felt threatened by him for first saying it would go directly to collection with no attempt to resolve. The keypad also never worked on the house.

Turns out, my contact informed me the branch manager had a death in the family and that's why there has been delay. I told her I would just respond myself so there was an acknowledgement and they were fine with that. FYI below. Thanks for reaching out again.
