Pattern of Complaints
BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning Refund/Exchange Issues, Contract Issues, Delivery Issues and Repair Issues. On September 26, 2024 the BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. We are awaiting the business's response. The Business informed the BBB on 10/08/2024 that they are working on addressing the Pattern of Complaints. The second notice is being sent to the business today. The BBB received a Business Response on 10/14/2024 stating they have hired an in house electrician to cut out the issue of jobs being delayed. Further stating that a office manager was hired for all communications during the day during business hours to try and address the communication issues.
