    Solar Alternatives, Inc. is an outstanding company!
    I give them very high marks on Customer Satisfaction and Service.
    We installed a 24 panel TESLA Solar system with 2 Powerwall 3 batteries!
    There were a few hiccups initially, but after working with the Engineer (ORLANDO) everything is working fine now.
    The biggest problem is dealing with our POWER COMPANY (NORTHEAST ELECTRIC and Power CO-OP out of Winnsboro, LA. They are without a doubt ANTI-SOLAR and Very Hard to work with!
    At any rate, our first bill (JUNE) was a mere $62.00, compared to a year ago it was $154.00 a considerable saving!
    With the Powerwall 3 batteries we run mostly self powered all day with the sun and then switch over to battery power at night.
    The other review on this website by TIM S, is very inaccurate.
    First off there is a 30 percent TAX Credit, NOT REFUND! The CREDIT is based on the cost of your system and then how much TAXES you paid in. EXAMPLE: If you paid $60000 for your entire system, you would be entitled to a 30 percent Tax Credit or $18000. But, you would have to have paid in at least $18000 in FEDERAL TAXES to qualify for the full credit. A TAX CREDIT IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT THAN A TAX REFUND!
    He also didn't mention if he had a BATTERY BACKUP System either. That is required for a Total Solar System to operate!
    My review for our system is simple! It is worth every penny and will eventually pay for itself over time! Too many people think are gonna recover your money overnight! NOT GONNA HAPPEN!
    Solar Alternatives is a great company and I highly Recommend them!

    False advertisement…salesman sold me a solar system with the pitch that they went from a $300 power bill down to a $20-30 bill each month..also was told would receive 30percent refund of purchase price on my tax return which was not true…after system was activated my brand new inverter was bad and had be replaced..I have received 3 months power bill with the system in place now and first two months bills only saved me $30 and this last bill was $10 more than what I paid last two years through power company..have contacted the company month ago and they sent a engineer out which told me my panels should have never been put on my roof due to no direct sunlight throughout the day..was told they should have done a shade analysis which they never did..company has not contacted me back with any solutions..would not recommend this company at all
