    On March 6th at 1:25 pm I paid tech medics to fix my daughter's tablet. I paid 112.85. I was told that the tablet would be ready in 2 weeks time. After three weeks of not receiving a phone call. I went up to business and was giving the excuse of not being ready. Parts had to be ordered. He did not disclose the information that they had to come from China. Also he didn't disclose that because he was ordering from China, I wouldn't be able to get my money back. I was told it would be about another week. I have called this business on several different occasions and the manager was either never there or my tablet was not ready. After the second month I went up there wanting a refund and that's when he said they were ordering from China. I didn't consent to this... I was in a rush because I was on break at my job. I left being reinforced that in a week the tablet would be ready and he would call. I never received any calls and when I finally got a hold of someone they Saud the manager would call and he never did. This is bout to be 3 months that tech medics had my tablet and I haven't received any news. On my last visit I was told I couldn't get a refund because the parts was ordered from China and instead he tried to give me a 25 Dollar gift card and I refused I just wanted my money back and the broken tablet. He reused. I have called several different times and have been met with rude attitudes and hanging up in my face. The manager brushes my calls off and won't call back. I need to know what to do. I have been more than patient and understanding and I was recommended to these guys and decided to try them out.
