    The owner of this company open a lease in my name and put items on my lease that I did not authorized or had knowledge of. I was not present in the store when it took place. My granddaughter went to get me a bedroom set and that’s it. It put her order under my lease and name and refusing to come back and get the furniture. He scam the company koalofi and submitted her furniture order in my name. He need to remove her furniture from my name. He is a scammer and take advantage of people.

    Ms. ****** was aware of all the charges on the account. She signed the invoice showing what was being purchased. I have uploaded the signed invoice. If the customer no longer wants the merchandise she must contact the finance company to do a cancellation. We do not do cancellations. It is stated on the invoice that Ms. ****** signed.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The invoice I signed did not have a sectional on it. The sectional was added this is not what was on the paper when they brought out to the house for me to signed. The owner added this. Video surveillance from the store will show I was never in the store to agree to a sectional or even signed. Law enforcement said they will go to the store to look at video footage to show I was never in that store.
