    Let me preface this with the fact that we used this company in the past and they were great. But this week's experience completely erases that.
    I spoke with Kenny Fuller on the phone two days in a row, yesterday, February 15th, and today, the 16th. February 13th I spoke to the office manager on the phone and she said she'd pass my info on to Kenny and he'd call me in a bit. I never heard back, which prompted my call on the 15th.
    Mr. Fuller lied and said I hadn't called to get a quote, then magically had all my information in front of him without having asked me for any of it on this call (including my name), because I HAD called, he HAD my address already, he just forgot me and tried to save face. He also tried to say I told him I called two weeks ago, which I had not.
    When I called today to cancel because I felt uncomfortable with how much he lied to me, he said he came yesterday and measured the window while I was home. He absolutely did not. We have two security cameras pointing to our driveway and front yard, neither show him here. He never touched our house or came here. I was in the room with the broken window almost the entire day and he never once approached our home.
    He kept talking over me about how they were coming today when I tried to cancel so I calmly said that the conversation made me uncomfortable and I no longer wanted them to do the job.
    He proceeded to flip his lid, yell at me that I was the only one uncomfortable, but then changed tune and said that actually *I* made *HIM* uncomfortable, called me a name, and told me to find someone else. The thing I'd already done and was trying to have an adult conversation with him about as a customer to just cancel this visit that nothing had been done on yet.
