    I brought my vehicle to Proengine to get service because my engine light came on and I was concerned and now my vehicle is running worser than before I brought it to them. I contacted them about the issue and they told me that I would have to pay them to look at my vehicle. They were disrespectful to me and Ive been there twice before I trusted them to take care of my vehicle . They didnt want to check it to see if they made a mistake! Now my vehicle is running really really bad and they wont even answer their phone.

    In September 7th my truck break down on th I-12 going east. Transmission fluid was spread under the truck and was evident ones I check the stick. I stay the whole night sainting for a shop to open. At 7:30 am I contact the ************************************** because good reviews on ****** and it was the closed that specialized in ************s. They just ask what happened and I made clear I was not a professional mechanic. They decide just to change the pipes and the battery. They never charge for ************ fluids. I pick up the truck around 4pm and decide to resume my trip at 7 pm after resting in a hotel close by. After 20 miles from the hotel the speedometer went to zero and the abs and break light went on, also the power in the ************ was lost. I could stop on a gas and filled with ************ fluid. After 3 hours running in low gear I could went back to the shop and leave the truck. In the morning the shop called me and tell me that the ************ wasnt working. Even than the ************ was working properly the first 20 miles and I could drive the night before. The shop was full of Jasper ************ awards and official dealer. When My warranty representative talk to the shop, they mention they already buy a ************ from somewhere else even giving me the warranty of 100k miles or 3 years. They change the tranamission from some oder company, not new as mention on the phone call and never mention this avoid the Jasper ************. They took several days even when the promise to deliver the truck by Monday at noon. I stay on a hotel for several days, suffering from mosquitos, bedbugs, and running out of my diabetis medication. Because I start having health problems I had to take a flight back to home in another state. At 4:45 pm after visiting the shop without receiving any calls for update, I was mention the truck will be ready until the next day. After a discussion on the phone for several dollars more than quote at the first.Continue
