    Ordered merchandise from this company in June 2023 and to date still have not received our order. We used PayPal to pay for the item. We never received any updates on the progress or if it was shipped. we reached out multiple times and have not received any response. Now it shows they are permanently closed. What a SCAM!

    You may have ordered from another company and confused ** with that company. We are not closed, and never have closed at anytime since we have been any business. That leads us to believe you may have ordered from somewhere else. Please contact us if you believe you have placed an order with us, and we will work with you to figure out any issues. We reply to all customers that have questions about their orders.
