    ON DECEMBER ******* HEARING AID FOR MY MOM WAS PURCHASED IN THE AMOUNT OF $1651.21. WE WERE TOLD BY ***** ******* HEARING AID SPECIALIST LA. LICENSE#**** THAT AID WOULD BE IN ON THE 23RD OF DECEMBER. WHICH IS WHY I PROCEEDED WITH THE **** BECAUSE SHE KNEW MY MOM WAS GOING BACK TO ***********. . DID NOT RECEIVED THEM UNTIL JANUARY 24, 2025. UPON ON RECEIVING IT (ONE AID) IT WAS NOT SEALED,NO CASE,NO PACKAGE,NO INSTRUCTIONS, NO BAG. I HAD TO ASK FOR A CASE SO IT CAN BE MAILED TO MY MOTHER. A FEW DAYS LATER THE AID STOP WORKING PLUS IT WAS NOT ADJUSTIBLE. I WENT BACK TO THE LOCATION SPOKE WITH ***** AND ***** (THE RECEPTIONIST) AND THEY INFORMED MY SISTER TO TAKE IT TO MIRACLE EAR IN ***************** IN ************. HOWEVER THEY DID NOT CALL AND INFORM THEM ABOUT THE SITUATION . SO WE DID NOT PROCEED INSTEAD THEY WERE GIVING US INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CLEAN AND CHANGE THE BATTERY. MY SISTER COULD NOT OPEN THE AID SO SHE HAD TO TRY AND ****** BUT WE NEEDED THE HEARING AID # THAT WAS LOCATED INSIDE THE AID THAT YOU NEEDED A DEVICE THAT ***** HAD AROUND HER NECK (MOM IS IN ***********) . MY SISTER TRIED SPEAKING WITH HER AND SHE DID NOT WANT TO ANSWER THE QUESTIONS AND GAVE THE PHONE TO ME AND PROCEEDED TO HELPING THE NEXT CUSTOMER. ***** GAVE ME A NUMBER THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR CORPORATE AND MR. ***** *****, I LEFT MESSAGES ON FEBRUARY 11 AND ******* SAYING CALL WILL BE RETURNED IN 24HR. NO CALL BACK. MY SISTER ****** ******** AND CORPORATE #. SHE HAD BEEN SPEAKING WITH MR. ***** UNTIL SHE SAID SHE WOULD LIKE A REFUND. HE HAD NOT RETURNED ANY OF HER CALLS SINCE FEBRUARY *******. NO SOLUTION GIVEN. THE LOCATION I'M SPEAKING OF IS MIRACLR EAR LOCATED AT ****************************************** E SLIDELL *********, *****
