  I purchased 2 sable palms trees from Lakeshore about 1 year ago Aug 2022. They were to be delivered and installed. I paid $1,200. One of the trees looked healthy and the other tree had lots of brown palms and maybe 1 green palms. The guys that installed the trees said that would not be a problem. Needless to say the one bad looking tree never started growing or showing any sign of living despite me watering it as directed. I have called and left many messages with no response. I finally drove to ******* and went to the business. I spoke with the owners father. I was told his son would get back to me. It has been at least 5 months of me trying to reach his son. I went back to the business Sat 8/12/23 and the father says he did not know I was looking for a free tree. I told him, i was looking anything free, I just want the tree replaced since i paid for two live trees. i simply want the tree replaced or my money back. I am willing to pay the labor to have the tree replaced.
