      IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A NEGATIVE 10 RATING, BELIEVE ME, I WOULD!! I called this company on their Gulfport number to request an estimate. The OWNER, in lieu of an onsite estimate, pulled pictures of our house taken while the house was still being built. He proceeded to give an estimated cost from the pictures. When I wanted an estimate of the cost to screen the back patio, he sent me a picture of someone else's patio, said it was similar to ours, and gave me an estimate. When asked how he could give a price without seeing the house or taking measurements, he said he could tell by looking at the pictures because he'd been in business for so long. He sent photos of other jobs he claimed they had done. The pictures looked good, so we were willing to give him a chance. When asked for a written estimate, he sent a sloppy, hand-written estimate. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Two days before his installer was to come, he told us he only accepted ALL CASH PAYMENTS. We didn't want to give him all cash ( and were suspicious of his motive for wanting all cash). We told him we'd planned to put this on our credit card. He said he did not accept credit cards. We told him that we were cancelling the job since he'd said nothing about all cash at the beginning. He then texted to say he could do 1/2 cash and 1/2 credit card. We told him that we would have them do the back patio only. On the scheduled day, the installer never arrived. NO PHONE CALL...NO TEXT MESSAGE...NO SHOW. Then two days later, bright and early, a text message!! Asking me if today or tomorrow would be better!! As though the NO SHOW had never happened!! REALLY!?? I let him know when no one showed up on the scheduled day, we moved on with someone else and thanked him. HE PROCEEDED TO SEND ME INSULTING, PROFANITY-LACED TEXT MESSAGES. I don't know how many he sent because I immediately BLOCKED him. Since when is it part of customer service to curse out your potential customers?? RUN FROM THEM!!

      Excellent job I couldn't be happier. On time very professional, top quality for the price. I would recommend these guys for anyone having a patio or screen enclosure built. Very good at what they do.
