We just had these renovations completed by SHI, their crews showed up timely and were extremely professional, and cleaned up thoroughly throughout the two day process. The attention to detail was spot on. My wife and I could not be any happier with all of these completed projects. Southern Home Improvement is definitely the company to call for your home improvement projects, from sales to office staff, they are terrific people to work with and I highly recommend. One of the gutters was not properly draining I call to tell them about the gutter and within two working days a crew was sent out to fix the problem. This was a selling point for me... In August of 2022, like many of **, Hurricane *** caused damage to my home. My insurance company sent a small check, but not enough. The roofing inspector told me I needed a whole new roof, gutters and patio cover, but of course the money they sent me wasn't going to pull that off. I called Southern Home Improvement about the repairs I needed, they literally took the ball and ran with it. *** worked up complete estimates for my roofing, gutters and patio cover replacements and sent them directly to my insurance company as the contracting company to perform the work. They used the latest material costs and labor analysis to complete the projects post hurricane. My insurance company sent the necessary additional funds to complete these replacements. All I paid was the agreed deductible. In April of this year, we decided to replace all 30 original windows in our home and install a new front entry door. We bid the work out to 3 or 4 different local companies. *** once again stole the show and came in several thousands of dollars less than the next nearest bid. The entry door alone (same brand, features, and color) was a tremendous savings compared to another dealer. We just had these renovations completed by SHI, their crews showed up timely and were extremely professional, and cleaned up thoroughly throughout the two day process. The attention to detail was spot on. My wife and I could not be any happier with all of these completed projects. Wonderful experience from start to finish! Had replacement windows installed-(******). Salesperson was informative and helpful, office staff was great. They were patient with our decision making, which took a while. They dont feel gimmicky like some of the other businesses did. The installers were great--timely, professional, respectful of our property. The windows immediately made a difference with respect to the heat. We purchased the TectView windows with Low-E 366 glass. And they are beautiful! We hope to do more windows with Southern Home Improvement! I am very pleased with my new soffit, fascia, and siding from Southern Home Improvement Center. Everything looks great and was done weeks earlier than expected. From my initial call for an appointment with the helpful salesman **************** until the completion of my project by the concientious installers, everyone was courteous and professional. When I requested that my accordion shutters not be removed during istallation, they were able to work around them while not removing them. My thanks to everyone including ************** for his suggestion to add decorative vents on the siding walls. I will be recommending Southern Home Improvement to my friends, neighbors, and family.Southern Home Improvement Center Inc

I had my roof replaced this past November by this company. The roof work is good but I was billed about $2500 more than we agreed upon. Thank goodness that I had the sales person write the figure, on my proposal, that I would be responsible for after my insurance paid out the recoverable depreciation. We finally came to terms and I paid the amount that we had originally agreed to. Also, I had several issues that they never addressed. The biggest being that the truck that delivered the materials put the stabilizing foot down on my front lawn and left a 6 deep depression. I didnt want someone to trip in it and so after several days waiting I filled it in myself.Southern Home Improvement Center Inc
