    I ordered a product on 12/12/24, and was charged a total of $70.72. It was to be shipped to *** ****** * ********* ** *****. The product has not been received as of today, January 5, 2025. At this point, I don't think I want the product any longer, and I just want a refund.
    I called 12/23 and spoke to *******. He said it is possible it was not sent and asked if they could send it after Christmas. I said ok. I called again on 12-30 and spoke to *******. He said it had not been sent yet. I called again on the 31st and spoke to ******* to see if it would be sent. He said it has to be sent priority to lessen the shipping time so the product remains in its original effectiveness. I called again on 1-2-25 and 1-3-25. ******* stated the product was shipped and would get me the tracking number. I did not receive the tracking number nor the product as of Sunday, January 5, 2025 at 4:13pm. I am not sure what is happening with the shipping process. However, I am tired of waiting for it. May I get a refund to my credit card, please?

    I actually live in Smyrna, GA, and had been visiting my mother at *** ****** * ********* ** from December 8th until now. I am going back to Smyrna, GA, on January 7th. I just want a refund at this point.

    I did hear from the business and it refunded my cars a few weeks ago.
