    Came to do a job on a house for me that involved fixing a leaky tub faucet. They got there and completed half the job and then disappeared. I tried contacting them for ten straight days and got no response so I hired someone else to fix it. Then I got hounded to pay them for the job they didn't complete.

    Hi ******** Your "leaky tub faucet" was a failure in the connection and line in the wall. Services were rendered regardless of if we were authorized by you to repair the second leak we located while we were there or not. We were asked to leave and send an estimate. We have evidence that you viewed the estimate and invoice multiple times in half the time you claim to have reached out to us. We also have call logs where we were unable to make contact with you within the time frame you claim we dropped the ball. We also have an answering service in case we are unable to answer our phones. All missed calls are transcribed and sent to our email. We value our customers and strive to complete all calls with satisfaction. I refuse to accept you lack understanding of how the service industry works as we provided services to your business. To deflect this issue instead of standing behind your decision to not authorize us to complete the repairs while we were on site and to feign ignorance as to how service invoices work is unprofessional and speaks volume of your character as a business owner.
