    6/19/23 I paid $17,000 in total for 3 Vaults, 4 Granite Slabs, and 4 Headstones with vases. Job was suppose to be completed by 6/26/23. So paid in full and was suppose to deliver all. I only received vaults and slabs. Have not received to date the 4 headstones with vases. Has been calling and was either not answering or get hung up on. Last spoke Jan 2024, he told me he was not giving me thee rest of my order since he was fired and he didn't mind going to jail. Finish the job or give me my money back for the head stones I never received.

    On August 23/2022 I paid Turner's Vaults and Monuments ( Invoice # 608) $1450.00 for 1. Burial vault 1. Head stone , Style, design and price agreed to beforehand. 1. Picture for the headstone. The $1450 was agreed-upon to be paid beforehand 1/2 of a total of $2900. It was also agreed to pay the remaining portion in 2 weeks after the date of August 23, 2022 On September 1st, 2022 I meet with Mr. Turner and his daughter for lunch to provide the remaining balance. Mr. Turner was paid $1450 in cash while at lunch with his daughter present. I failed to get a receipt of the transaction. As of Today August 9th I have failed to receive a headstone that was agreed upon for the price. I have contacted Mr. Turner numerous time in regards to the remaing products and each time was told they were waiting for a truck from the distributor. I have also spoken with a lady that works for Mr. Turner and have been told the same, we are waiting for a truck. I am looking to resolve this issue with a refund of the monies received or provided the option of choosing a product that he has on hand with the difference refunded with any differences refunded.
