      To whom this may concern, the 14th of May I went to Amerishine and while I was waiting there clipboard flew off of there stand which the clip board should be in employee hand and bounced on my hood...the manager on duty saw what happened and came over to assist...she explained that since it scratched my car in more than one place I can get a quote and they will take care of the scratches also the general manager or regional pulled up and I explained what happened and they watched cameras and he also told me to get estimates and they would take care of it.he also took pictures and said most likelysince it got scratched in more than one place on my hood they most likely will have to repaint my hood.I went got estimates and spent half my day doing that and spending my gas...I went back with estimates then now they want to tell me they aren't going to pay for my scratched hood that there clipboard caused which should be in employee hand and now they telling me that take care of doesn't mean pay for it means see about...if I put this on my insurance I have to pay a deductible why should I have to pay it wasn't my fault...if I knew they were going to try getting over on me I would of got accident report...I'm a 40 yr old black woman is it because I'm a woman is it because I'm black why am I getting treated like it was my fault...I just want to be treated fairly and fair is fair they haven't tried to offer anything just telling me there's nothing to be done so I guess it's my fault my loss why I have to pay and put on my insurance they didn't even offer a free month of service

      Hello I was trying to get my scratches fixed or some type of compensation it's not going to be just swept under the rug if so I'll file on my insurance and get a lawyer

      I contacted Amerishine Car Wash main office on 5/15/25. I spoke to a girl that answered the phone and explained that I had tried a half a dozen times to change my payment information. I gave her my credit card and she tried and it didn't work. I asked who was the district manager and she told me ****. I asked that he give me a call. I waited mid morning and called again. She told me he had a couple of stops and would call me that afternoon. I received no call. I called today 5/16/25 and asked who was over ****. I was told ***** was in charge and was told they would give him my name and number to call. Again, I received no call and it is 5:40pm. Customer service is horrible and would like other customers to know. I didn't have any issues with the car wash on Mansfield Road in Shreveport but couldn't get anyone to help me change payment information so I had to cancel my membership.Thank you.

      My husband took our daughter through the haunted car wash. One of the workers hit the windshield and broke it. We immediately reported it. The manager saw the video where we went in with my windshield not broken and pulled out with it broken. But the district manager told him the lighting doesn’t show where he can see the employee breaking it and no malfunction of their equipment! So they told us we can hire an attorney but they won’t be replacing the windshield. The manager agreed they’re responsible but the district manager still refused!
