    Very unreliable and unorganized. ALWAYS late for appointments, but never takes responsibility or offers anything for inconvenience of being disrespectful of customer's time. Just expects you to work around the fact that they are anywhere from 30 min to TWO freaking HOURS late to a grooming appointment. Very inconsiderate of people's time and from what I am tell absolutely no customer service training in the slightest. Would not recommend.
