    Cal ****** is a con man. Do not hire him for construction or maintenance related projects. Ask me how I know...$200k gone for repairs on 19 mobile homes and barely anything to show for it. His own worker told us how he was instructed by Cal ****** on how to con us. The worker said, "Cal made me move into the trailer so he didn't have to work on it but still got paid for it." We learned our lesson, but living out of state we depended on our property manager who did not inform us that the work was not getting done until someone who lives on the property told us. Stay away from Cal ****** and Facility Maintenance Solutions.
