    I was approached by ******* *** about the condition of my roof (house built 2007). He informed me that my roof was deteriorating and that he could guarantee a 5-year extension of the life of the roof with a treatment that would stop the loss of granules and restore the shingles. I contracted with *** to treat my roof at a cost of $6700. A couple of months after the installation, I contacted *** about a leak in the roof. He came out and repaired shingles to stop the leak. At this time I expressed my concern about the continued loss of granules. He stated that these granules were those already in the cutters. Then after several months and many rains, the granule loss continued and I called *** again. He said if needed he would reapply the treatment. However, when he came out, he said the treatment was working. At this point I had an insurance representative come out and inspect the roof. He informed me that the roof continued to deteriorate and there was no indication of any restoration. I informed *** and asked for a refund of my money. He came out again and said he would replace the roof and apply the restoration cost to the new roof. Of course, I would not trust this man with a roof replacement. I want my money back from him and that’s all.

    These photos were taken the last week of October 2024 nearly one year after application and the granules continued to shed. I told *** this on numerous occasions and he is well aware that this application does not work.
