      Do not come to this location. The staff here had given me a contact lens that was different than the prescription Dr. Marsala had given me. After putting them in and not being able to see past 3 foot in front of me I contacted the office. To which I was told Dr. Marsala or someone from his staff would call me back. I have now called the office for 3 days trying to get an answer from someone to see if I could come in and get a contact that actually matches the prescription I was given. Instead everytime I have called I have been ignored and told someone will call me back which never happens. I have already paid for the services they provided to me (WHERE THEY MADE THE MISTAKE), but now no one will assist me. They have even ordered a box of contacts for me that was incorrect. I also paid for that box of contacts. This is a danger to my safety since i cannot wear glasses at work and only have one eye I can see out due to being blind in my left eye. I do not have any contacts that work for my good eye. Even after explaining this they are still ignoring our phone calls on trying to get this simple mistake fixed. This is the worst customer service I have had and I will be submitting a complaint to the board of medical examiners about this blatant disregard for patient safety.
