    Rave review here. I can't stop smiling. :) ***** from South Shore Mechanical just left with my Rinnai HE unit working like a charm with hot and cold water after 2 years of misdiagnoses by others. ***** also took the time to explain the unit to me (in ********' terms).. , what was wrong and what to do before needing to call them. I was expecting to be told I needed a new unit. I just can't say enough good about my experience with South Shore Mechanical from the quickly answered phone call and followup to service on time as scheduled to ******* detective work PLUS my invoice was much less than expected.Be assured you will be happy and relieved should you need to call for help.

    These folks were great. They were very professional and efficient. We received a fair quote and really good advice when looking to replace our HE Boiler. Our old system was cut out and new system put in all in one day. Really nice folks in the crew that serviced us. They worked hard to get us up and running.

    We had a complete new HVAC Heat Pump system installed. Will and crew showed up on-time, did a professional job and cleaned up when done. They arrived on time and finished when they said they would. They communicated thoroughly during the installation process. The system performs as it was explained to us. I would recommend SSM to anyone. I will need a hot water heater in the near future. I will be using SSM again.
