    On 5/31/24 I contracted with ******* to remove a section of asphalt at the end of my driveway and first install a French drain to two drainpipes to lead rain water away from the house. The small area was then covered in loam and mulch and several plants were put in. The work was performed on 6/03/24. All went well but there were a few minor issues that needed to be resolved: Remove the paint from the asphalt driveway in front of the garden.Remove mulch 1 foot from the foundation and install small rocks/gravel in its place.I paid $3400 but the owner **** promised to return and finish up the above. ******** calls and texts later (it's now 3 weeks and counting), I have received several promises from **** to come and finish up but I am still waiting.
