    Great job done by Access Elevator. This was a very challenging project on the exterior of a house elevated from Driveway level by close to 10 feet, Thereby requiring an 8 foot lift and substantial amount of prep work at the site to make everything work properly. The engineers ************* worked with my contractors, making many visits to ensure the site would properly support this lift requirements: height, bottom lift platform, upper and lower gates, extra strong support brackets, wooden backing, and many other items that I dont recall. **** in the office managed the project working closely me and the engineers: ordering the lift, scheduling engineer visits, scheduling State inspection (which passed flawlessly with kudos from inspector), instructing on keeping the lift maintained to avoid repairs. Great job by all. I highly recommend this group if you have any type of wheelchair lift needs.

    After several inquiries and quotes with local elevator and lift companies, we found Access Elevator to be the most informative and responsive of any other company we encountered. Not only is their pricing competitive and reasonable, the expertise provided us was immeasurable. We are extremely happy with the customer service provided. Not many instances these days do businesses have an actual human being answer the call most days at any given time. Whenever we had a question regarding our lift purchase and installation, **** either answered our call or got back to us fairly quickly. That type of communication is crucial to a seamless purchase and install. We went over our needs, budget, plan of action and every "t"was crossed and line was dotted. The delivery of our lift and install went so smoothly - these technicians have been doing this for a very long time and it shows! Nothing was left for us to figure out. We are very happy and our lifestyle has improved thanks to the folks at Access!
