      Dec 2022-Jan 2023:The laboratory at Acton Medical failed to perform laboratory tests ordered by the physician. The specimen was lost and/or discarded.The outcome was extended weeks of pain and suffering while waiting for the test results, which never came.Due to the lost sample, I was treated with the wrong antibiotic, which the bacteria was resistant to, causing undue pain and suffering.This UTI, which normally should be resolved within days, lasted for 3 weeks.November 2020:Failure to report a serious POSITIVE Anaplasmosis result to the physician OR patient for weeks after receiving the result,
