    I bought a 2 year subscription for my father to *** Report. My father does not have any online presence. When I purchased this subscription, it did not say online only anywhere. I have been waiting several months for magazines to arrive. I just received a response from a request last week as to when the company would start sending the magazines only to find out that they will never send a paper copy. The subscription has/will never be used as my father has no computer or any online presence. He wants a paper copy which is what I believed I was purchasing. I have asked for a refund and the company representative stopped responding at all. NadaI told him I would file a complaint if he did not respond

    The subscription was cancelled on January 31, 2025. The charge did not complete processing; therefore, we cannot process a refund.

    Hello,I purchased a 2 year subscription to **** Report magazine on 8/6/22 that comes with a free tote bag, yet I have not recieved the tote bag in 10 months. In this time I have had 7 correspondences over email, as well as phone requesting what I paid for, and they said they were going to to mail it, but they did not mail it yet. Please mail this tote bag as part of what I have already paid for ASAP, I shouldn't have to wait 10 months, nor should I have to contact 8 times!Attached is the receipt for the subscription as well as the canvas tote bag.Thanks,

    **** Report is a magazine subscription that I've had for many years. Two months ago I realized that I don't have time to read all the periodicals I receive so cancelled my subscription on Aug 16th, 2022. There is a small refund due me and have contacted **** Report via phone calls, emails. Each time a person would say that will be done in two weeks, three weeks and on and on. The amount of the refund is only $44.52. The amount isn't much but what bothers me is their putting me off and I've written to the ************ their parent company, they haven't bothered to respond.

    Someone farmed my email address and added it to the Robb Report.I've used their website and asked to be removed, no change.It appears that is is a purely spam company, as their was never an email verification to be added to their lists of services.

    After researching our customer database, we could not find any record of an account with your information on file.  We can confirm that the entity who received your contact information did not get it from us, therefore, we too are inclined to believe this is a fraudulent source and there are no lists that we can possibly remove you from.
