    If I could give ZERO star, I would. In early July I reserved a 12 foot truck for August 31st. This is THE MOVING day in ******, so I reserved early. They called to confirm the week before, and all seemed good. I was driving from CT to MA and got a call 30 minutes before I was due to pick up saying that my truck had not been dropped off yet. They would call the customer to find out when they would be dropping it off, and would call me back. I called them back 45 minutes later and they said they reached the customer, who would let them know when they had an idea of when they would drop off. I called 30 minutes later and **** Palmer office suggested I call Penske directly. When I called Penske they told me to shift my move to the next day. My daughter needed to be OUT of her old apartment that night at 7pm. I could not simply MOVE the date. The ************* was not willing to call the customer again and said they tried their best to get me a truck. I am not sure what the point of a reservation is, if they cannot guarantee they actually HAVE A TRUCK FOR YOU. Zero stars, F minus. The folks at the **** Palmer office were nice enough, but the availability and schedule of trucks seemed to be out of their hands.
