    I purchased tail lights for the mk5 supra from this business and in the pre order stage which was $250, then when it came time to pay for the rest which was $1k, the invoice states that the shipment would be in 2-3weeks and received no shipment info past 3 weeks and emailed the company and no reply for some time till later in Nov or something and excuses after excuses. I was thinking maybe spring or summertime for them to come in but the person never responded back and then I get shipment # in January. Then nothing just says label created and on April 15 shipment canceled unknown why. I've tried emailing them again and haven't heard anything back at all. I do have statements as well that show I paid and I have been waiting over 6 months for these tail lights.

    Hi there,

    It sounds like there was an issue with the manufacture of sending covers for the tail lights. We can reach out to the manufacture to have the covers shipped to the last known address on file. This is the first we are hearing about this as the manufacture was suppose to ship out this cover.

     

    We will be in touch with the manufacture and contact the customer with an update.

    I ordered a product and tried to cancel per their rules but they refused to answer and lied about having shipped out the product before I asked to cancel.
